How do I add things to Posy?

You can tell Posy anything. Type it, say it, share one thing or the whole messy list. Share a screenshot, snap a flyer, or forward an email, and Posy sorts it all into to-dos and plans for you.

How do I forward emails?

Your very own Posy email address lives in Settings, under Forward to Posy. Send school emails and invites there, and they’ll land right in Posy. We recommend adding Posy as a contact to make it even easier.

How do I invite my partner?

In Settings, tap Invite your partner. They’ll get a link to join you, and from then on you’ll share the same lists and plans, and can start sending gifts.

Does Posy use AI?

Yes, a little! To read your screenshots, emails, and lists, Posy sends them to Anthropic’s AI, Claude. What you send is never used to train AI. More about this in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Posy. No hard feelings.

How do I delete my account?

In Posy, go to Settings and tap Delete account. This permanently deletes your account and everything in it. We’ll miss you!
